Family Meeting Discussion
- Any volunteers for the 2026 Reunion committee? None. A nomination was made to keep the current committee. Hysterical laughter ensued from the committee members .
- A vibrant discussion of 2026 reunion suggestions was had. Should we consider domestic (multi -family house rentals) , cruise, or international location (e.g. Caribbean, Mexico) ? A vote was taken on cruise or international destination. The majority voted for an international destination.
- The 2026 committee will aim to have a selected destination by November 2023.
- The committee posed a question to the Gen Z family members on what would make a "sexy" attractive reunion venue. They suggested Miami, Mexico.
- Should we continue doing the Family Zoom meetings? The vote was overwhelmingly "YES" but the committee pointed out the time and effort it takes to plan but is disappointing when the turnout is low. It was decided to hold them quarterly.
